Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned AGP for second and fourth respondents. On 3rd September, 2015 time was granted to the learned AGP to take instructions. He states that he has not received any instructions. 3.

Hence, we dispose of the petition by passing the following order:- i) We direct the petitioner to appear before the third respondent 1/3

on 5th October, 2015 at 11.00 a.m.. The petitioner shall produce an authenticated copy of this order before the third respondent;

ii) If the arbitration application is still pending, the third respondent shall decide the same within a period of three months from 5th October, 2015;

iii) All contentions of the merits are kept open;

iv) The petition is disposed of in above terms.
