Dated : 3 rd July, 2015 By consent of the learned counsels appearing for the parties, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.

The learned counsels appearing for the appellants and the respondent Nos.1(a) to 1(e) make a statement that the copies of the second appeal along with the entire documents and the copies of the application along with the documents shall be served upon the added party within a period of two weeks thereafter. The added party is at liberty to file the reply within a period of two weeks thereafter; failing which the reply shall not be taken on record.
