Applicant No. 1 was released on bail in pursuant to the order dated 5th December, 2017 by this Court; whereas the applicant no. 2 was released in pursuant to the order dated 26th February, 2019 by the learned Sessions Court.

Later, since the applicants did not attend the proceeding before the Sessions Court, their bails were cancelled and further learned Court declined to release them.

In view of this fact and order passed by the learned Sessions Court, applicants have approached this Court.

Learned counsel for the applicants on instructions undertakes to attend the Court regularly in Sessions trial, regularly.

In view of the undertaking, applicants are directed to be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond for the sum of Rs.25,000/- each with one or more sureties in the like amount.
6.
All other contentions shall continue to operate which were imposed by releasing them on bail by respective Courts.
7.
Learned counsel for the applicant undertakes to file undertaking of the applicant within a week from their release from jail.

Application is disposed off in the aforesaid terms.

List the application on 9th April, 2020 for compliance.
