The petitioner has not disputed that based on the impugned order, mutation entry is already effected in the name of the contesting respondents. The petitioner has already filed a civil suit for partition before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) Sinnar being R.C.S. No.239 of 1997 and the same is pending. It is thus made clear that the impugned orders passed by the Revenue Authorities would be subject to the outcome of the said suit filed by the petitioner. 2.

Hearing of the R.C.S. No.239 of 1997 filed by the petitioner is expedited.

The writ petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
