The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that he will adopt efficacious remedy under the statute. We accept the said statement. Accordingly, the Petition is disposed of. It is not in dispute that 23rd March, 2017 is the date fixed for taking possession. To enable the petitioner to move the statutory authority and seek appropriate relief, we direct that the actual physical possession shall not be taken over of the premises subject matter of this Petition for a period of one week from today. We make it clear that the

wp-2924.17.odt prayer made by the petitioner before the appropriate authority will be considered without being influenced by the limited protection granted by this Court. Under no circumstances, limited protection granted will be extended.
