This Court, by order dated 21st September 2023, permitted the petitioners to withdraw amount of Rs.47,79,440/-. However, subsequently it is revealed that the amount was deposited by the firm of which the petitioners are partners. The applicants have, therefore, filed present application seeking permission to withdraw the amount in the name of partnership firm.

On perusal of the partnership deed and the account extracts produced along with application, it appears that amount was deposited by the partnership firm having name and details mentioned in paragraph No.4 of the application.

Therefore, M/s.Al-Quresh Exports is permitted to withdraw the amount as per Clause 6 of order dated 21st September 2023. Said amount shall be disbursed to the partnership firm within two weeks from today along with interest, if any. 4.
