The learned APP on instructions submitted that the wife of the applicant namely Smt. Shobha Kisan Darade has been arrested by the police on 3rd March 2016. She further on instructions submitted that the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary, however, the applicant may be directed to attend the Investigating Officer as and when called for, till filing of the chargehseet.

In view of the above, interim relief granted by order dated 16.2.2016 is hereby confirmed. The applicant is directed to attend the Investigating Officer as and when called for between 11.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. till filing of chargesheet.
