Heard Mr. Kshirsagar, learned Counsel for applicant and Mr. Pathak, learned Counsel for respondents No.1 and 4. 2.

By this Application, applicant seeks modification of order dated 11.07.2007 passed by this Court (Coram: J. P. Devadhar, J.) in Writ Petition No.4388 of 2006. After hearing the petitioner, in order dated 11.07.2007, this Court recorded that although there are several reliefs claimed in the Petition, the learned Advocate for the petitioner restricted the Petition only with regard to the prayer clause (c). In view thereof, this Court issued Rule and restricted the Petition to prayer clause (c). 3.

Since the present Application is taken out in the year 2011 that is to say after four years after passing of the order as also having regard to the fact that the Advocate for the petitioner was heard, no case is made out for modification of that order. Hence, Civil Application is rejected. Cost in cause.
