1. Heard Mr. Nangare, learned Advocate for Applicant. 2.

By order dated 24.01.2023 passed in Civil Revision Application No.314 of 2022 taking exception to judgment dated 16.11.2021 passed by the learned Trial Court, the Civil Revision Application came to be dismissed by a reasoned order.

Mr. Nagare, learned Advocate for the Applicant would submit that the present Civil Revision Application emanates from the orders passed by the learned Trial Court in Special civil Suit No.631 of 2006 which was also dismissed on the same date i.e. 02.02.2009. The cause of action in both the suits i.e. Special Civil Suit No.631 of 2006 and Special Civil Suit No.634 of 2006 is different however facts are identical.

He would submit that in that view of the matter similar order

6.cra.313.22.doc in Civil Revision Application No.312 of 2022 be passed and present Civil Revision Application be disposed.

Needless to state that order dated 16.11.2021 is sustained. 6.
