By this petition, the petitioner seeks following reliefs:- "(a) Commissioner of Police, Pune City to provide 100% escort party for the conveyance of prisoners to lower courts, sessions courts, hospitals, other court appearances, jail transfer, etc. as per the demand of Yerwada Central Prison.

(b) Director General of Police, Maharashtra to ensure that the demand of escort party by Yerwada Central Prison be met by providing adequate and sufficient manpower by reassigning duties, deputation or otherwise.

(c) Home Secretary Government of Maharashtra to please coordinate along with Inspector General of Prisons, Maharashtra and Police Department to bring better cohesiveness in the functioning of the system and to ensure that video-conferencing facilities are utilized to its optimum capacity."

The reliefs claimed are too vague and general. We do not think it necessary to consider the prayers in the petition. It is for the concerned authority to look into the issues raised by the petitioner and take appropriate decisions.

In the light of the above, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition. Petition disposed of.
