The learned counsel for the Petitioners reports no instructions. This could be so because cause raised in this petition may not survive. The Petitioner had approached Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal in 2007 in respect of seniority list finalized in the year 2006, which was dismissed on 6 September 2007. Rule was issued in this petition in the year 2008. Going by the averments in the petition, the Petitioner would have superannuated from the service. That being the position, writ petition is disposed of. Rule stands discharged.
