After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner for sometime, when it revealed that for the prayer in the petition, the petitioner is placing reliance on a report lodged at the instance of some other persons apart from the petitioner, the learned counsel for the petitioner prayed for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedies as is available under law. At the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. The petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
