Learned counsel appearing for the revision applicant submits that there has been suppression of the income by the respondent-wife while filing Afodavit of Disclosure of Assets and Liabilities. He submits that there was enough material on record to demonstrate that the respondent-wife is having source of income. However in Afodavit of Disclosure of Assets and Liabilities on oath respondent wife has deposed that there is no source of income. 2.

After arguing for some time when this Court was not inclined, rsk 1 of

905-REVN-129-24.doc learned counsel for the revision applicant on instructions of applicant, who is present in Court seeks permission to withdraw the Revision Application with liberty to adopt necessary proceedings for suppression of source of income in the Afodavit of Disclosure of Assets and Liabilities filed by the wife in the appropriate Forum. 3.

Revision Application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
