Learned prosecutor informs that he has received telephonic information from the investigating officer that the trial has commenced in the Kolhapur Sessions Court and the complainant was examined on 6th June, 2015 and now the matter is

2 ba370-15+1 fixed on 2nd August, 2015 for further evidence. The matter was adjourned on 6th June, 2015 to 2nd August, 2015 because the accused have changed their Advocate. Under such circumstances, it would be appropriate to let the trial go on. Accordingly, both the applications are disposed of.
