The praecipe has been filed by the petitioner-Ramesh Bishnoi, stating therein that he wants to withdraw the aforesaid petition as `C'-Summary order has been passed in C.R. No. 538/2019 and having regard to the fact that the Judicial Magistrate First Class has granted `C'-Summary vide order dated 28th July 2022. To the said SQ Pathan 1/2

4-WP-1108-2020.doc praecipe, the petitioner has annexed the `C'-Summary order dated 28th July 2022. Accordingly, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the petition.

Petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn. We make it clear that we have not gone into the merits of the petition.
