The above Civil Application has been filed for restoration of the above Civil Revision Application which has stood dismissed on 6-8-2014 for non prosecution on account of the non appearance of the Learned Advocate for the Applicants. By order dated 18-6-2014 the Applicants were directed to file paper book within the time stipulated in the said order. It seems that the private paper book was served on the other side but not filed. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed, resultantly the Civil Revision Application is restored to file. The Applicants are allowed to file private paper book, they may do so within one week from date. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
