Heard learned Counsel for the applicants and the learned A.P.P for the State.

Learned Counsel for the applicants has tendered a copy of the decree passed in a Special Civil Suit No. 24 of 2016 filed by the respondent-complainant as against the applicant. The said decree is passed by consent of the parties. The same is taken on record and marked `X' for identification.

Learned Counsel for the applicants submits that in view of the decree, the respondent-complainant is now only required to apply for recording her name in the 7/12 extract, for which, the applicants will give their no objection.

Learned Counsel for the complainant, on instructions of the complainant, who is present in Court, states that in view of the above, the complainant has no grievance against the applicant and is ready to give her no objection for quashing of complaint, being C.R No. 119 of 2016 lodged by her against the applicants. She also has no objection for the present application being allowed.

Accordingly, the application is allowed and the applicants are granted anticipatory bail on the following terms and conditions :

ORDER

(i) In the event of the arrest, the applicants be enlarged on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- each, with one or two sureties in the like amount.

The application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and is accordingly disposed of.
