Mr. Kharat, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant after arguing the matter for some time seeks withdrawal of the Bail Application, however, he states that the Applicant is in the custody since 19th February 2023 and that the trial be expedited. 2.

Accordingly, the learned Trial Court is requested to conclude the trial expeditiously.

The Applicant is granted liberty to fle fresh Bail Application, after a period of 10 months, if there is no progress in the trial.

The Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of, subject to above.
