Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.G.P. for the State Government, this application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Writ Petition No. 549 of 2015 pending before the Aurangabad Bench shall be transferred to the Principal Seat at Bombay for being heard with Writ Petition No. 326 of 2015.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
