After hearing the learned counsel for the Petitioner at length, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief on the ground that, the impugned Judgment and Order dated 20th January 2020, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Pune, below Exhibit-10 in Criminal Appeal No.265 of 2019 does not suffer from any error either in law or on facts, learned counsel on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present Petition unconditionally. 2.
