This is an application praying for injunction/stay to the operation and implementation of order dated 22.4.2013 passed by the learned Ad-hoc District Judge-2, Malegaon in Regular Civil Appeal No.187/2001. As the applicant has already prayed for interim relief in terms of prayer clause (c) of the main C.R.A., this Civil Application does not survive and the same is disposed of.
