The above Writ Petition has been filed for quashing of the FIR being C.R.No.207/17 dated 08/07/2017, registered with Dattawadi Police Station, Pune, for the offences punishable u/s 376 (2)(n), 417, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

Considering the nature of the allegations made against the Petitioner and especially as regards to the fact that the offence alleged is u/s 376(2)(n) of IPC, we do not deem it fit to exercise our writ jurisdiction. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed.
