903-APPA-207-2016.doc The learned counsel for the respondent - CBI submits that the CBI has no objection to allow the application, if the applicant is undertaking that the amount received by him would again be re-invested by him and the receipt or document concerning the investment are handed over back to the CBI. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that he intends to reinvest the amount received, in the Life Insurance Corporation or Unit Trust of India or in any other nationalized bank. The application is allowed in terms of Prayer Clause (a).

The needful be done by the CBI within a month from today.

The documents concerning the renewal/re-investment shall be retained by the CBI.
