The application is for pre-arrest bail as the applicant is being prosecuted for the offences punishable under sections 170, 341, 395 in C.R. No.49 of 2015 registered with the Airport police station, Mumbai. It is registered at the instance of one Jitendra Kumar Saini on 31.8.2015. The applicant and co-accused have presented that they are sales tax officers and stopped the car of the complainant.

The learned Prosecutor submitted that the other accused are arrested. This applicant was just present there and his custody is not required.

In view of the above, the earlier interim pre-arrest bail granted on 16.2.2016 is hereby confirmed with the same terms and conditions. 1 / 2
