The order under review, interalia, follows the judgments of the Division Bench of this Court, referred to in paras 6 and 7, wherein the Petitioners therein were directed to be treated as permanent employees with effect from the date of filing of their respective ULPs. The judgment of the Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No.2946 of 1997 has as a matter of fact not been interfered by the Apex Court in the SLP . 2.

In the circumstances, we do not find any error apparent on the face of record to interfere with the order under review. Even otherwise, no case for review is made out.

The Review Petitions are dismissed.
