By this application, the Applicant seeks restoration of the Anticipatory Bail Application No.1500 of 2014 which was dismissed for want of prosecution by this Court (Coram: P. D. Kode, J.) by order dated 6th February, 2015. For the reasons stated in the Application, the application is allowed and is accordingly disposed of. The order dated 6th February, 2015 is hereby re-called and the Anticipatory Bail Application No.1500 of 2014 is restored to its original file. The same would be placed for admission on 9th April, 2015.
