The Applicant had earlier approached this Court by way of Criminal Bail Application No.334 of 2021. After arguing for some time, when I had expressed my disinclination to grant relief, learned counsel for the Applicant prayed for unconditional withdrawal of that application. That order was passed on 30/03/2021.

This second bail application is preferred on the ground that since then there is no progress in the trial. Learned APP, on instructions, makes a statement that Charges are already framed and the prosecution is ready with the matter. Digitally signed by VINOD BHASKAR GOKHALE Date:

Considering this statement, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that, direction be given to the trial Court to complete the trial within a short span of time considering the age of the applicant. On passing of such order, he is not pressing this application. The request is reasonable.

The Application is allowed to be withdrawn as not pressed. The trial Court is requested to complete the trial, as far as possible, within four months from today.

Both the sides shall co-operate for early disposal of trial. 6.

The Application is disposed of.
