This civil application seeks condonation of delay of 244 days in filing the Second Appeal. The reason for the delay is stated in paragraph-2 of the civil application. From the reason stated in the civil application, it is clear that this not the case where there is a deliberate attempt of causing delay or that the Applicants are taking any disadvantage. The delay is condoned. Office shall now number the Second Appeal and place the same for admission on 17 April 2017, subject to removal of other office objections, if any.
