P.C. :- 1] Learned counsel for the applicants states that this civil application for restoration was filed inadvertently without taking cognizance of Civil Application (St.) No.20292 of 2014 filed earlier for the same purpose. In view of aforesaid, he craves leave not to press Civil Application No. 454 of 2017 and submits that Civil Application (St.) No.20292 of 2014 may be taken up and consider for restoration of the first appeal.

2] Accordingly, Civil Application No. 454 of 2017 is disposed of with liberty to pursue Civil Application (St.) No. 2029 of 2014.
