The Appeal is disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms. There shall be Decree of Dissolution of marriage under section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 between the Appellant and the Respondent. 5.

We record the presence of Mr.Dharmendra Chokshi on V.C., who acted as Mediator and was instrumental in bringing about a settlement between the parties.
