The petitioner is challenging the recruitment process for the post of Police Patil. The learned AGP submits that the petitioner has a remedy before the Tribunal.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is urgency in the matter.

As the petitioner can avail the alternate remedy before the Tribunal, we dispose of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy before the Tribunal. In that event, all contentions are kept open. No costs.
