Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The delay in filing the Revision Application is of 179 days. Having gone through the application and the reply filed by the Respondents, I find that the reasons given in the Application for condoning the delay are cogent. Accordingly, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The matter of delay is however, kept open to be agitated in case, the Applicant takes out an application for injunction.
