At the outset, the learned Counsel for the applicant does not press the aforesaid application seeking suspension of his sentence and enlargement on bail, pending the final disposal of his appeal. Learned Counsel, however, requests that the appeal be heard finally having regard to the fact that the applicant is in custody for almost 5 years. 2.
