The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has deposited the amount of Rs.10,00,000/- pursuant to the order dated 01.10.2016. The learned A.P.P. does not dispute position on the record. In view thereof in my opinion, ad-interim order passed on 01.10.2016 and extended to 25.10.2016 is made absolute. In view thereof, application needs to be allowed. In the event of arrest, the applicant be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like amount. The applicant shall attend police station as and when called. The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence or influence the witnesses.
