Dige, JJ) by Order dt. 1st December, 2021 to decide representation of the present Respondent-Pune Contonment Board, be further extended by 4 months from the date of receipt of the reply from the Finance Secretary, Government of India and Defence Secretary, Government of India.

Learned AGP has invited our attention to the two communications dated 25th January, 2022 (page 11 and page 13 of the Interim Application) addressed by the Chief Secretary, State of Maharashtra to the Finance Secretary and the Defence Secretary of Central Government. We expect the Finance Secretary as well as Defence Secretary to reply to the said communications dated 25th January, 2022, within three weeks and in any event within four weeks from today.

Time to decide the representation of the Petitioner-Pune Cantonment Board by the Chief Secretary, State of Maharashtra is extended by the period of two months from the date of receipt of replies from the Finance Secretary and Defence Secretary. 4.

The Interim Application to stand disposed of. 5.
