The above Writ Petition is companion to Writ Petition No.10002 of 2015 which has been dismissed by an order passed today and interim compensation at the rate of Rs.8000/- as fixed by the Appellate Bench of the Small Causes Court has been confirmed. Since by the above Petition the Plaintiff claims enhancement of the said compensation, no relief can be granted to the Petitioner/original Plaintiff in the above Petition.
