The above Civil Application has been filed by the original Respondents for vacating the stay in view of the fact that the above Civil Revision Application has abated as the Applicant No.1 in the Civil Revision Application Radhabai Pawar has expired and her heirs have not been brought on record. By an order passed today in Civil Application No.113 of 2017, the heirs of the said Radhabai Pawar were allowed to be brought on record and resultantly the abatement has been set aside.
