The Learned Addl PP Mr. KondeDeshmukh tenders the report dated 20-7-2018 of the Inspector of Police, L. T. Marg Police Station, Mumbai, wherein it has been stated that the LOC notice has to be renewed every year and since it has not been done so in the case of the Petitioner, the same has come to an end and is therefore not in force as on date. In view of the said report, the grievance of the Petitioner does not survive. The Petition has accordingly turned infructuous and is disposed of as such. The report No.8380 dated 20-7-2018 of the Inspector of Police, L. T. Marg Police Station, is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification. It is expected that the L. T. Marg Police Station will take follow up action pursuant to the said report.
