Learned A.P.P. Ms.Veera Shinde has specifcally invited my attention to the case of the prosecution, which has also been refected in the order dated 28/02/2020, vide which the applicant was admitted to interim protection. Considering that the primary transaction was between the complainant and accused No.1, the applicant was admitted to protection, which is in force till date.

Learned A.P.P. makes a statement that the investigation is over and the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not warranted.

Accepting the aforesaid statement, order dated 28/02/2020 is made absolute.
