1] Heard learned Counsel for parties. The prayer made in the application is for condonation of delay of 14 days in filing C.R.A. I have perused the application. Learned Counsel for the respondent appears and opposes this application.

2] However, considering the averments as made in the application, it appears that the delay is properly explained and is bonafide. The civil application is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). No costs.
