Apprehending the arrests, applicants are seeking transit anticipatory bail in connection with the Complaint No.963 of 2020 filed before Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (West), District Tis Hazari Court, Delhi whereby, the learned Court had passed an order dated 22nd February, 2020 for registration of FIR against the applicants for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 409, 467, 468, 471, 120NAJEEB 1/2

908.ABA-500-2020.odt B, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ('IPC' for short) for a period of four weeks, to take appropriate steps and approach the Court of Competent Jurisdiction within the said period for the appropriate reliefs. 2.

Considering the submissions made by the learned advocate for the applicants and learned APP for the State, prayer as set out in the application deserves to be granted, on the following terms and conditions.

(i) In the event of arrest of the applicants in connection with the order passed in Complaint No.963 of 2020 filed before Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (West), District Tis Hazari Court, Delhi, they shall be released on executing PR bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each with one or more sureties in like amount;

It is made clear that the present application has not been heard or considered on merits.

Application is, accordingly, disposed off .
