Petitioner - Accused and Respondent No. 2 - Complainant are jointly requesting for quashing of FIR which is under Sections 376(2)(n), 376(2)(f) & 506 of the Indian Penal Code alongwith other Acts.

Respondent No. 2 has tendered an Affidavit re-iterating her request. She states that a wrong complaint was filed by her.

Both parties have shown their readiness and willingness to pay reasonable amount of costs. 4.

We in these facts direct Petitioner to pay amount of Rs. 35,000/- and to Respondent No. 2 to pay amount of Rs. 15,000/- to Juvenile Justice Board of State of Maharashtra. Costs amount be paid within three weeks from today. If costs is, accordingly, deposited, a relief in terms of prayer clause (a) shall become absolute.

This order is passed in the peculiar facts & circumstances of this case.
