It has not been disputed by learned counsel for the Petitioners that after passing of the order by this Court in Writ Petition No. 5881 of 2016, the Respondents have passed an order dated 26th February, 2017 (Exhibit "1") which is under challenge before this Court. In the circumstances, we are of the view that this Contempt Proceeding will not survive. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is disposed of.
