Today, learned counsel has tendered across the bar, a written communication received from the Petitioner dated 24th February, 2021. In the said communication, the Petitioner has prayed for withdrawal of the present Petition, unconditionally.

The prayer of the Petitioner is granted.

Writ Petition is dismissed, as withdrawn.
