Learned counsel for the parties state that since the issue whether Co-operative Banks registered under the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 can be included by a central legislation under SARFAESI Act, 2002, as Banks, thereby conferring a right to proceed under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act is currently pending before the Supreme Court and even the Petitioners have filed Writ Petition (C) No.431 of 2019 before the AJN

Ordered accordingly as per para 1 above.
