By this First Appeal, the appellant insurance company is challenging the judgment and award dated 20.9.2017 passed by the MACT, Thane in MACP No.296 of 2013 holding that the respondents/claimants are entitleld to a compensation of Rs.10,89,000/- with interest at 8 % p.a.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, and the impugned judgment, I am satisfied that the appellant has made out a case for the following order:

O R D E R

RNG 2/2 98.fa.73.19.667.19 (a) Admit.

(b) Printing dispensed with.

(c) The Appellant to prepare private paper book within one year failing which the First Appeal shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court.

(d) The Registry to call for R and P immediately. (e).
