I am informed that interim relief of stay of possession is operating since 2016. The prayer is made for continuation of stay for a period of four weeks from today, which is objected by the learned counsel for the respondents.

Considering the fact that the stay of possession operating since 2016, it will be appropriate to continue the same for a period of four weeks after which the stay automatically vacated.

Needless to clarify that the process of execution shall continue, however, there shall be stay to the possession only. 4.
The application stands disposed of.
