A deed of 'Special Power of Attorney' has been tendered on record, by which the respondent no.1 - Mangal Budhya Patel has appointed his grand-daughter - Geeta K. Patel in this appeal. The said power of attorney is present before the Court, duly identified by her advocate.

The parties have entered into consent terms which are taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

The consent terms are signed by the respective parties as well as the learned Counsel for the parties.

The appeal stands disposed of in terms of clause 8 of the consent terms. In view of disposal of the appeal, pending applications, if any, are also disposed of.
