In view of these facts, he seeks liberty to withdraw the present Appeal from Order. Same is allowed. Appeal from Order stands dismissed as withdrawn. 2.

The Trial Court is directed to decide the Notice of Motion No.599/2014 on merits. Till decision of the said Notice of Motion, the adinterim relief granted by this court to continue. 3.

In view of the withdrawal of the Appeal from Order, the Civil Application stands dismissed as infructuous.
