The only relief that is sought for in this petition is expeditious disposal of the pending suit in the Small Causes Court. The Suit is of the year 2012. There are much older Suits with equally pressing causes pending in the Small Causes Court. The learned Small Causes Court Judge will have to consider the back log and fix his board accordingly. Entertaining a Petition seeking a

P-10. WPST. 4399.17.doc simplicitor directions for expeditious disposal of the suit will lead to almost every litigant whose suit is pending seeking similar directions. It is not possible to entertain the Writ Petitions. It is open to the Petitioner to impress upon the learned Small Causes Court Judge that this particular matter should be given out of turn priority and it is open to the learned Small Causes Court Judge, if he thinks fit that case is made out, to give such out of turn priority. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
